Quality and Safety Manager

A BRIEF OVERVIEW The Quality and Safety Manager ensures compliance with quality standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. This role reports to the Quality Director. Provide daily quality decisions and direction on product-related issues Interface with customers regarding quality concerns and continuous improvement projects Track and trend internal and external quality metrics Participate in internal/external audits and nonconformance processes Lead environmental compliance and employee health and safety Develop the organizational competence in problem-solving methodology and data analysis EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's/ Master's degree preferred EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in Quality 5+ years of experience in a Leadership Role 2+ years of experience in a Leadership Position in a Manufacturing Environment preferred KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS THAT ENABLE SUCCESS Accuracy and Attention to Detail Change Leadership Communication Computer Knowledge Data Analysis Tools Decision Making and Critical Thinking PAY RATE $104,900.00 - $168,300.00 annually WHAT WE OFFER Opportunity to work in a growing company Comprehensive benefit package Ability to work in an organization that values integrity, teamwork, and results ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Pre-employment background check and drug screening may be required Proof of eligibility to work in the United States through eVerify Orchid Orthopedic Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
