A client of Insight Global is a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences in our apartment communities. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Branding Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team and help us enhance our online presence and brand recognition. This role will be Part-Time (25-30 hours a week), reporting to the office 2-3 days a week in the Lenox office. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for our apartment complexes. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community and addressing resident inquiries and feedback. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute branding campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our properties. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. Coordinate with property managers and leasing teams to gather content and promote community events and updates. Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to support branding efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in social media management and branding in the real estate or property management industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Compensation: $25/hr to $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
