Programmer (Expert)

Job Title:  HBITS-Programmer (Expert) Agency Name:  Statewide Financial System (SFS) Engagement Length:  30 Months Full/Part Time:  Full-Time Location:  Statewide Financial System, Harriman State Office Campus, 1220 Washington Ave Building 5, Floor 3 Albany, NY 12226 Telecommuting:  Work must be performed at least 50% on-site.  Schedule to be approved by SFS management and is subject to changes per direction of SFS Executive Leadership.  Remote work must be performed from the consultant's primary residence within the contiguous United States. Requested Qualifications: 84 months of experience designing and documenting technical solutions and the test plans needed to validate that the business/system needs and requirements are met. 60 Months experience creating and executing test scripts for Quality assurance, User Acceptance, Regression, and Performance Testing using tools such as Quality Center, Loadrunner, Selenium and PeopeSoft Testing Framework. 36 months of experience developing, troubleshooting or providing production support of customizations, interfaces and programs in a PeopleSoft 9.x Financials environment utilizing PeopleTools and Oracle Data Integrator. "24 Months serving in a technical lead capacity in a PeopleSoft ERP in any combination of at least two of the following modules: • Accounts Payable • Travel and Expense • Accounts Receivable • Billing • General Ledger • Commitment Control • Project Costing • Inventory • Real Estate Assets • Asset Management • Grants"
