Capture Manager Fairfax, VA (Remote) From: $140,000 MUST: Experienced technical Capture Manager 5-7 years over all experience with Capture Management including specific VA (Veteran's Affairs) Demonstrated experience and acumen in business development or capture management within the federal government contracting environment. Prior experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs required . Proven track record of successfully capturing and winning federal contracts. In-depth knowledge of the federal procurement process, including FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations. Familiarity with federal contracting agencies, their priorities, and procurement strategies. Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology and health technology trends, innovations, and regulatory requirements. Experienced in providing capture input to proposal writing, pricing strategies, and proposal reviews Stay informed about emerging technologies and their potential impact on federal contracting Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional networking skills with the ability to build and sustain influential relationships Advanced proposal writing and editing skills with a focus on technology and health technology solutions Ability to build and maintain relationships with federal stakeholders Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex capture efforts Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and capture management tools. BS Degree Advanced degree preferred DUTIES: The Capture Manager will Lead the capture process for federal opportunities, including developing and executing capture strategies, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying and addressing customer requirements. Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the federal government sector, related to technology, particularly, in health technology. Develop and maintain a robust short and long-term pipeline of prospects aligned with company capabilities and growth objectives. Lead, manage and administer contract vehicles. Networking and Relationship Building Lead and contribute to the development of high-quality, persuasive proposals, ensuring compliance and alignment with customer requirements. Provide capture input to proposal writing, pricing strategies, and proposal reviews. Ensure incorporation of key strategies, solutions, and winning themes into final proposal products. Conduct market research and analysis to understand federal procurement trends, agency priorities, and competitor strategies. Use this information to inform capture strategies and business development plans. Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for federal business development.
