ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Foster customer relationships in a team-based selling model Manage deliveries, troubleshoot order process issues Communicate and collect accounts receivable Develop new business and identify prospective customers Stay informed about market conditions, products, competitors Drive to visit customers and prospects RELATIONSHIPS Internal: District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, VP of Local Sales, Accounting/Credit Department, Merchandising and Marketing, Operations, Customer Contact External: Customers, vendors, prospective customers MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1+ year of sales experience preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Build internal/external relationships and cold call for new business Team player with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Proficient in computer skills; experience with CRM tools preferred EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent LICENSES Valid driver's license required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS N/A PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to perform physical activities as described #LI-KG1 Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $50,000.00 and $95,000.00. This role will also receive incentive compensation.
