Required experience: Bachelor's degree in weld engineering/technology from four-year college or university; five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1.Resistance spot welding 2. Drawn Arc Stud Welding 3. Adhesive/ sealer dispensing systems - Nordson & Johnstone 4. Dispenser vision systems - Coherix 5. Weld Timers - WTC & Bosch 6. Robotic Programming - Fanuc & Motoman/Yaskawa 7. Weld power source, wire feeder, torch and reamer 8. Plasma cutting, grinding and rework applications 9. Weld shielding gas technologies 10. Electrical enclosures and power requirements for welding 11. Customer welding specification and testing requirements 12. Gas metal arc welding
