As the Business Development Manager, you will be a key player in identifying growth opportunities, building customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will work directly with our Director of Transportation to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue and support our business objectives. Homebase location: Chambersburg, PA Monday - Friday Schedule, 50% - 75% Travel Essential Job Duties Identify new business opportunities the transportation division. Maintain relationships with existing clients and vendors, and build new ones with potential business partners. Create marketing and sales strategies to increase sales and revenue. Generate leads and forecast revenue from potential clients. Create proposals and quotes for potential clients. Create and maintain marketing materials for distribution to potential clients. Track the transportation division's growth and strategize on how to reach more clients. Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on performance and projections. Stay current on industry trends to maintain a level of market competitiveness. Travel to current and potential clients locations within a 250 mile radius of Chambersburg, PA Attend conferences and industry events as needed.
