Responsibilities: Develop and maintain customer relationships in a team-based selling model. Ensure timely product delivery and troubleshoot any order-related issues. Collect accounts receivable and work with the credit department. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market intelligence and networking. Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activity. Requirements: 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Competitive and results-driven mentality. Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, and driving frequently. Lifting and carrying products of various weights. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, and grasping objects. Frequent manual dexterity and object manipulation. Compensation: The expected base rate for this role is between $50,000.00 and $95,000.00, with additional incentive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
