Job Summary: Foster customer relationships in a team-based selling model Manage deliveries and troubleshoot any problems during the order process Collect accounts receivable and work with the credit department Identify prospective customers and develop new business Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products Drive to customers and prospects to ensure product delivery Qualifications: 1+ year of sales experience preferred Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities Ability to build relationships, cold call, and develop new business Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality Problem-solving and negotiation skills Proficient computer skills, experience using CRM tools preferred Physical Qualifications: Stand, walk, drive, and sit frequently Lift and carry items of various weights occasionally Stoop, squat, kneel, and bend occasionally Grasp and manipulate objects frequently Compensation: The expected base rate for this role is between $50,000.00 and $95,000.00. Incentive compensation and benefits are also provided.
