Support all aspects of desktop, laptop and software needs for faculty, staff and students. Work with Senior staff on support tickets and projects including labs and classrooms. Support Help Desk students with technical issues. Support the Help Desk Area when students are not there. Work with coordinator when needed to inventory and prepare newly received systems for processing. Experience in both the Mac and Windows environment a must. Minimum Qualifications: Vocational technical training or degree Excellent customer service skills Equivalent combination of experience and education. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associates degree Working knowledge of both Windows OS and Mac IOS A+ Certification Microsoft Office certification Google apps Knowledge Compensation and Benefits To attract and retain the most talented individuals, Wheaton College maintains a flexible and competitive staff compensation and benefits program.
