Our vision is to evolve EQT into a modern, connected, digitally enabled an incredibly collaborative culture and a determined, progressive workplace, EQT was both named a National Top Workplace, as well as one of Pittsburgh's Best Places to Work!Join our Qrew!Here is how the Production Operator role will impact our business:As a Production Operator, you will safely coordinate the operation and maintenance activities for natural gas related facilities, pipelines and associated appurtenances and equipment.The Production Operator responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintains a safe operating environment; follows all applicable policies and procedures, proficient in natural gas related skills, knowledgeable of operational standards.May perform other duties as directed by supervisor.Takes lead role on assignments.Assists with planning and operation of well pad facilities and/or pipelines.Ability to work in conjunction with contractors, inspectors, and internal personnel to meet safety, cost, and schedule requirements.Assists others in ensuring that all work complies with EQT operational Standards and applicable Federal and environmental in the development of project plans with emphasis on operational, schedule and costs. Work with EQT Land, Environmental, Procurement and Engineering plete 100% work in MaximoWorks with others to create and maintain project specific documentation during and following completion of the job.Required Experience and Skills:1+ years of experience in a related field or industryHigh School Diploma or GEDAble to contribute to a team environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsValid Driver's LicenseAbility to accurately complete all associated documentationAbility to think analytically and solve moderately complex problemsBasic computer skills and effective application of software programsAbility to pass a physical capabilities test (which includes but is not limited to lifting and carrying 70 lbs., walking 1/2 mile at various inclines, etc.) necessary to demonstrate the physical ability to perform the essential functions of this jobWillingness to work in an outdoor environmentAble to work on-call and off shift rotation as dictated by scheduleThis role is covered under PHMSA / FMCSA incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.EQT Corporation and its subsidiaries is an Equal Opportunity EmployerDisabilities/Veterans.
