Overview As a Territory Account Manager at Panasonic, you will be crucial in identifying, pursuing, and capturing sales of Panasonic rugged laptops, tablets, mobility solutions, and services to the US Army (West). Responsibilities Would you like to drive US Army revenue for the leader in Rugged Mobility Solutions? Being part of the TOUGHBOOK solutions sales team focused on increasing awareness and adoption of Panasonic Connect technology by directly engaging with key DoD customers, system integrators, and solution providers. Panasonic is looking for a self-driven professional with 5+ years of experience selling directly to the Federal government. The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling directly to the US Army and a detailed understanding of the US Army command structure, programs, and acquisition process. In this position, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and managing a strategic account plan to drive demand and generate growth within your assigned territory. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with new and existing customers to gain a deep understanding of their environment, requirements, and objectives. What You'll Be Doing Attain a minimum of 100% of assigned hardware and services quotas for PO collection. Maintain a 2x-3x pipeline of assigned hardware and services quota. Develop, communicate, and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and market share utilizing internal and external resources Establish and manage long-term strategic relationships with US Army stakeholders, federal system integrators, and partners. In-person meetings to drive demand and adoption of new and key products, solutions, and services. Work closely with key customers to thoroughly understand their requirements and objectives. Identify and develop net-new end-user opportunities to meet or exceed the company's objectives. Work with PCONA VARs and solution partners to extend reach and drive growth. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitive awareness. Attend industry tradeshows and events. Accurately capture and maintain all data in Salesforce related to the assigned territory, including communications, meeting notes, relationship maps, call reports, sample requests, and pipeline opportunity management. Effectively manage all aspects of our customer's experience to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention. 75% travel required US citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain access to DoD properties. Clearance is not required. What You'll Bring 5+ years of direct sales experience with the Federal Government. 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience directly selling to the US Army, responsible for the full sales cycle (prospecting, customer presentation/demos, negotiating, and closing the sale) Bachelor's Degree in business and or marketing or equivalent A deep understanding of the US Army command structure, programs, and acquisition process. Excellent communication (interpersonal and presentation), negotiation, and closing skills Effectively work with various teams to manage complex sales Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, critical thinker with consistent follow-through. Team player with long-term company growth in mind Highly ethical business practices What We Offer: The salary range of $65,000 -$95,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
