Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Are you a dynamic sales professional seeking a fulfilling career with a leading insurance agency? InsuranceHub is on the hunt for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join our ranks as a Personal Lines Account Executive. Here, you'll get to sell comprehensive personal insurance products like home, auto, umbrella, boat, and RV insurance. We're committed to your success, providing you with robust training for the first 90 days and personalized, ongoing coaching sessions weekly. Key Responsibilities: •Developing relationships with pre-qualified prospective customers. •Proactively engaging and networking with mortgage brokers, real estate agents and financial planners to cultivate strong strategic relationships and establish a steady stream of referral prospects. •Utilizing your expertise to gain client trust and navigate the pros and cons of various carriers. •Showcasing your follow-up skills to convert prospects into loyal customers. Does this sound like you? •You have a minimum of 1-2 years of P&C insurance experience. •Hold a Property and Casualty Agent Insurance License. •You are proficient in MS Office and various CRM systems. •You pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent organizational skills. •You can break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand language. •You're driven to succeed independently but can also be a team player.
