We are currently seeking Senior Professional Electrical Engineer with broad engineering comprehension in the design and construction of complex building systems for commercial, institutional and industrial facilities, including mission critical facilities and LEED certified buildings or sustainable buildings. This is an onsite position in our Baltimore, MD office. Responsibilities: The Senior Electrical Engineer shall have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The senior engineer must excel at collaboration with clients and the project team, including internal AE and sub-consultants. Other responsibilities include developing fee proposals, managing project budgets, and directing project teams. The engineer shall be able to lead medium to large projects and oversee and mentor younger engineers. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited program is requiredLicensed as a Professional Engineer in the state of Maryland required 16+ years of relevant progressive experience including experience in a Lead Engineer/Project Manager role LEED BD+C preferred Proficient in ETAP or SKM Experience with Revit and the design of lighting and power systems for government, military, commercial, industrial, municipal and institutional facilities Excellent reputation as an engineering professional. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Ability to mentor and train younger engineering staff. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
