Sanitation Worker

Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Sanitation Worker to join their team. As a Sanitation Worker, you will be part of the Sanitation team supporting the Livonia location. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be a team player, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Job Title: Warehouse WorkerLocation: Livonia, MIPay Range: $16.50/hr Shift: Wednesday to Sunday, 5 PM - 1:30 AMWhat's the Job? Sweeping, cleaning, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying waste bins. Cleaning surfaces with disinfectant Emptying trash cans or recycling bins Operating cleaning equipment Ensuring proper disposal of waste materials Notifying supervisors of major repairs Keeping cleaning supplies in stock Restocking restroom paper products and toiletries such as air freshener, paper towel and soaps. Able to withstand the physical nature of their job when performing tasks, which includes lifting of heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended period whilst cleaning. Clean, polish office tables, chairs, desks, and all other furniture used in the office or the entire building Dust mechanical devices like monitors, desktops, printers, and any other device Clean windows, doors, glasses and mirrors with soapy water, sponge, and any other necessary cleaning substanceWhat's Needed? Ability to work in freezer, cold docks, and non-climate-controlled areas. Flexibility to work second shift and overtime when needed.
