Product Manager - OMS

A cutting-edge financial services technology firm is seeking an SME within the order management space to lead the design and strategy for an institutional Alternative Trading System (ATS). You will act as a product manager working closely with the business and technology to create a road map for the product to ensure it is in regulatory compliance and meets business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Define the product roadmap for the order management systemGather business and regulatory requirements and work closely with tech for implementationCollaborate with engineering teams to implement key features and optimize performance.Ensure regulatory compliance and integrate risk management and surveillance features.Stay up-to-date on market trends, incorporating new technologies to improve the system.Ideal candidates will have 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on trading or order management systems with a good understanding of order matching, FIX protocol, and market data feeds.
