Electronic Trading Project Manager

Cutting edge financial technology firm is looking for a Project Manager to oversee initiatives within the broker-dealer space. Candidates must have knowledge in Prime Brokerage, Execution, Futures, Options, and order management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving system enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.Lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.Ensure project quality standards and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.Drive system and operational improvements aligned with business goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance5+ years of project management experience in financial services (Prime Brokerage, Futures, Options, OMS).Knowledge of Broker Dealer regulations (SEC, FINRA, CFTC).PMP or similar certification is a plus.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
