Salary Range: $37,450 - $54,080 Hourly: $17-$26Must Haves: High School Diploma or GED1-2 years of applicable experience Pass a drug test and background checkValid driver's license with a good record High Mechanical andor Electrical aptitude Able to lift up to 75 poundsTeam player but also able to work independentlySelf-motivatedCustomer service skills Time management skills Plusses: Dock and Door experience Welding and Electrical maintenance experience Job Description:Insight Global is looking for Service Technicians who can help customers operate more efficiently and safely by applying, installing, and servicing products and solutions in four major categories: Truck & Rail Loading Docks, Storage, Safety, and Energy conservation. The service Technicians will be provided a company truck that will be left at the shop and only used at work. They will be responsible for traveling to various locations to do any of the following: troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining including but not limited to: Dock Levelers, Vehicle Restraints, Scissor Lifts, High Speed Doors, Rolling Doors, Fans and Air Curtains. Key Responsibilities:Project a positive image Evaluate faulty equipment and ensure proper operation Maintain a record of all service work and repairs performed within the electronic service recordMaximize labor revenue and efficiency by working with the operations managerDrive safely from customer to customer Effectively communicate with parts and sales department to make sure customer needs are met on time Perform work in a variety of environments and other duties as assigned by operations
