Senior Paralegal - Real Estate Lease Renewal

Key Responsibilities:Manage the lease renewal process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.Ensure lease compliance with local, state, and federal municate with tenants and property managers on lease terms and renewal conditions.Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and renewals.Assist in legal research, risk assessment, and dispute resolution related to lease terms.Requirements:ASBS degree in Law or J.D. degree.Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporationAbility to work with others and independently.High degree of professional ethics and integritySound judgement and ability to analyses situations and information.Outstanding communication skillsThis positon is fully onsite and does not offer remote or hybrid option.
