Senior Product Manager

Scienaptic AI is seeking a Product Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in launching new products and ensuring their success in the market. This position requires a strong focus on client engagement, gathering extensive feedback, and collaborating with the cross-functional teams to integrate insights into the product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of growth product management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Launch & Market IntroductionDevelop and execute comprehensive plans for launching new products in the market.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engagement teams to create Go to Market plans.Own the Product Feedback LoopConduct product demonstrations for clients to showcase new features and benefits.Gather extensive client feedback during and after product launches to identify areas for improvement.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting post-launch reviews and implementing lessons learned.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance product offerings.Assimilate feedback into actionable items for the product roadmap.Documentation & TrainingCreate detailed product manuals and training materials to support client onboarding and usage.Facilitate training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of product functionalities.Collaboration with Tech TeamsWork closely with the Data Science Team and Tech team to prioritize feedback and integrate it into future product iterations.Monitor product performance post-launch and report on key metrics to inform ongoing improvements.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management Proven track record in launching new products and managing 1 to 10 growth trajectory of fortable in discussing technical and architectural details of solutions with the tech team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate feedback into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to present complex information clearly.Experience in creating user documentation and training materials.
