Senior Compliance Risk Manager

Job Title: Senior Manager - RiskLocation: Atlanta, GAInfosys McCamish Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Manager - Risk to join the Compliance Department reporting to the Company's Head of Compliance. The Senior Manager - Risk, will play a pivotal role in promoting McCamish's compliance program throughout the organization and with McCamish's customers. You will provide compliance guidance to various business units and senior management to ensure that company operations and related technology support are functioning in compliance with related regulations and contractual obligationsKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risksConduct verification audits to identify gaps in compliance to processes and define, drive and deploy corrective action plans to ensure complianceMonitor, report and advise on interpretation and implementation of federal and state regulations with impact to third party administration and record keeping services and life insurance productsAdvise cross-functional teams on compliance with contractual obligationsUpdate and create compliance trainingsSupport third-party and client audits and assessmentsSupport compliance investigations and remediationsDevelop metrics to capture and report compliance program efforts to senior leadershipCompetencies required:Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of compliance experience in financial services or technology administration servicesAnalytical and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work with cross-functional teamsStrong organizational skills
