The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background combined with project management, and estimatingquoting expertise, enabling them to drive projects from conception to completion while ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timelines. Essential Functions Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation for GFRC manufacturing projectsEstimatingQuoting: Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for new projects based on client requirements and specifications. Analyze project costs, resources, and timelines to ensure competitive and profitable biddingEngineering: Design and develop new products, ensuring functionality, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards and customer requirementsTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication across all levelsTechnical Oversight: Provide engineering expertise in the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practicesQuality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to guarantee the integrity of the products throughout productionStakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, providing regular updates and managing expectationsRisk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and budgetsBudget Management: Track project expenses, forecast budget needs, and ensure adherence to financial guidelinesProcess Improvement: Continuously assess and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product qualityContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend innovative solutions.
