Corporate Paralegal Executive Administrator - Midtown Investment Firm - $110k- $132k plus bonus and fully paid benefitsWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal who can seamlessly transition between corporate legal responsibilities and general office administrative support. This role will support the day-to-day operations of the office and provide executive support to the General Counsel. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong corporate legal background and proven administrative skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Candidates that have worked for a high net worth family office are strongly encouraged to apply.BENEFITS AND PERKS: 100% company paid medical, dental, vision, co-pays, and prescriptions, 401k (6% automatic company contribution plus 4% match), free lunch, plus other benefits and perks!OFFICE SCHEDULE: 5 days per week in their Midtown officeHOURS: Mon-Thurs: 9a-6p Fri: 9a-5p --- Summer Hours: Mon-Thurs: 9a-5p Fri: 9a-4pParalegal ResponsibilitiesAssist with the creation, dissolution, and maintenance of various corporate entities including partnerships, corporations and trusts.Ensure timely and accurate approvals, filings, and updates for corporate governance documentation.Obtain necessary approvals and signatures for corporate documents.Maintain and organize legal files, track documentation requirements, and ensure compliance for a portfolio of hundreds of entities.Collaborate with the General Counsel on special projects and other corporate legal tasks as needed.Executive & Office Administrative Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Counsel, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and any special requests.Oversee daily document processing, including the organization and handling of financial documents and paperwork.Plan and coordinate meetings, including room setup, preparing materials, and sending reminders to attendees.Welcome visitors, manage meeting logistics, and organize daily office lunch arrangements.Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the office is fully stocked and efficiently organized.Perform general clerical tasks such as copying, faxing, scanning, and shredding as needed.Manage outgoing mail and packages, and handle errands on behalf of the firm as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification, preferred.Minimum of 3 years in a paralegal role with a corporate legal focus.Experience working for a high net worth family office, preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information, and work independently.Base Salary: $100k- $132k plus bonus and fully paid medicaldentalvision, 401k with automatic employer contribution, and other benefits and perks!The above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.
