Software Engineer

Portico is revolutionizing the property technology ecosystem for real estate developers and property managers. You'll be joining a small, product-focused software team in building the next generation of property management software that currently empowers 247 operations in 22 buildings with 12,000+ units. Our team is currently incubated within one of the major owner-operators of luxury real estate assets in New York - providing unique resources and customer access.Our team is composed of collaborative generalists who love solving problems for our end users. We regularly meet users where they are, learn about their problems and solve them iteratively together. We believe this tight feedback loop and deep empathy is key to our product, to our users, and to us.All engineers are capable across the entire stack (backend, frontend), with some also specialty in IaCDevOps, mobile, UIUX. We have a strong collaborative culture, focused on maintainability, UX, and getting things right through iteration and discussion.
