Job descriptionOur client is a $60bn global multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund with a track record spanning over 20 years.ResponsibilitiesThe analyst will partner with equites investment professionals to uncover insights about companies, industries, and the broader economy through deep fundamental research.The candidate will focus on conducting compliant supply chain research by developingdeep industry expertise, engaging with private company executives, and synthesizing informationfor investment professionals to leverage in their investment decisions.Responsibilities of the role will include building subject matter expertise in specific sub industries in a given sector and partnering with investment teams to understand their investment theses and identify potential blind spots.Qualifications· 1-2 years of total work experience in a consulting, expert network or research role (2022-2024 graduates)· Student athlete experience is a plus· Excellent academic credentials, cumulative GPA above 3.7· Experience in conducting research and due diligence, and producing "client ready" investment materials· Strong quantitative aptitude with a high attention to detail
