Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by overseeing the entire B2B catering and gifting fulfillment operations process from order placement to delivery, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing logistics, supervising staff, and maintaining strict adherence to company standards and client specifications. Duties will include heavy focus on client retention and may include new client acquisition. This is an on-site position in Framingham, and relocation assistance is not available.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOrder Management: Oversee the intake and processing of catering orders. Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and communicated for fulfillment.Coordination and Scheduling: Develop and manage schedules for catering staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. Coordinate with General Manager and SC Team to ensure availability and quality of ingredients and materials.Logistics and Delivery: Plan and execute the logistics of catering deliveries, including route planning and ensure all deliveries are on time.Supervise the packing and ensure transportation of catering orders to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.Quality Control:Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the catering process.Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all catering orders meet client specifications and company standards.Client Interaction:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding catering orders.Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff, including drivers, servers, and support staff.Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team ventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for catering operations.Implement cost-effective practices for inventory procurement and usage.YOUR TRACK RECORDAssociate's degree or equivalent work experience. Strong organizational and planning skills, strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role, ideally with catering or business gifting, or a related industry.
