Your Role:As our Director of Human Resources, you will be a key leader in shaping our workplace culture and driving employee success. Here is what you will get to do:Business Partnership & HR Leadership:Build strong, collaborative relationships with our leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.Lead initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.Drive programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Recruitment and Onboarding:Lead talent acquisition efforts to bring the best and brightest into our Chex family.Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared to succeed.HR Operations:Assess and refine HR policies to ensure fairness and inclusivity.Manage compensation, benefits, and employee records with transparency and care.Champion workplace safety and compliance, creating a secure environment for all.Who You Are:Experienced: You have 7-10 years in HR, with 3+ years in a leadership role.Educated: A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
