We specialize in comprehensive financial planning, wealth management, and retirement plan services. We are currently seeking a Retirement Plan Specialist to join our Retirement Plan division. In this pivotal role, you will be supporting the administration and oversight of our qualified retirement plans. Your duties will include assisting with enrollment and education meetings, ensuring fiduciary compliance, conducting investment reviews, and providing exceptional support to both plan sponsors and participants. Collaboration with Retirement Plan Advisors and Client Service Representatives will be essential for learning best practices in managing company-sponsored retirement plans. This position offers a valuable opportunity for professional development, with the potential for growth into an advisory role in the future.Key ResponsibilitiesOversight Meetings:Assist in organizing and conducting plan oversight meetings to evaluate plan performance, operations, compliance, and future strategies.Document meeting outcomes and prepare minutes, ensuring timely follow-up on identified issues.Enrollment and Education Meetings:Conduct engaging group and individual enrollment sessions to facilitate participant understanding of their options.Assess participants' retirement readiness and provide tailored professional advice.Plan Document and Adoption Agreement Support:Offer support and thorough analysis for inquiries regarding plan documents and adoption agreements.General Plan Inquiries:Respond to inquiries from plan sponsors and participants via phone and email, addressing a range of retirement plan-related questions and topics.Administrative Support:Prepare and distribute annual notices to plan sponsors during the fourth quarter.Assist in tracking plan assets quarterly to ensure compliance and performance monitoring.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Previous experience in retirement plan administration or financial services preferred.Knowledge of ERISA regulations and fiduciary responsibilities is a petencies RequiredIntegrity: Commitment to doing the right thing, every time and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Effective Communication and Presentation Skills, including both written and verbal communication.Client Relationship Management: Skills to build rapport with plan sponsors and participants, addressing their needs and concerns.Attention to Detail and AccuracyTeam Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented anization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve inquires from plan sponsors and participants effectively.Software Skills: Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and be able to navigate various record keeper software platforms.Salary and BenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus opportunity commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, disability, and vision insurance, HSA contribution, 401k match, and professional development reimbursementGenerous PTO and 14 paid company holidays (Paid, built-in 4-day weekends in the summer)
