Job Status: Part-timeLocation: Remote (Candidates need to reside within 2 hours of Glen Ellyn, IL)Job Summary The Financial Planning Assistant is a part time (20 hour per week) position with some flexibility in hours and schedule. We are open to a hybrid remote position. You will be working closely with the Financial Advisor to support customer service and operations. The ideal client has 2 to 4 or more years of experience working in an Investment Advisory office. Your primary focus will be various administrative tasks that involve communications, scheduling, task management, reporting, research and processing of client forms. We also expect that you will contribute to the team's efforts in creating efficiencies and finding new processes to support the client and organization. You can work independently, while still knowing when to ask for help. We have a family friendly culture, and embrace technology and collaboration. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience working for a Registered Investment Advisor or similarExperience in building and maintaining client relationshipsCRM experience; preferred RedtailFidelity, Wealthscape, Money Guide Pro knowledge is preferredHigh level of working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom or TeamsAbility to multitask and prioritize competing deadlinesExcellent written and verbal community skills with ability to convey information clearly and transparentlyAbility to collaborate effectively within a team environment, sharing insights and tools to enhance client experience.Ability to stay organized with multiple projectsPersonal Accountability Compensation$30 to $35 dependent upon experience.
