Robert Half is looking for a Benefits Administrator for a client in the South Brunswick, NJ area! This position requires developing a comprehensive understanding of the Company's Benefits Plans across all locations and effectively communicating these benefits to employees, including health, life, dental, prescription, and vision insurance options.Responsibilities:Assist employees with benefit enrollment, claims reporting, issue resolution, and inquiries.Support the Benefits Supervisor with timely processing of weekly and monthly benefits invoices.Collaborate with the Payroll Department to manage benefits deductions and changes.Ensure the accuracy of benefits and compensation records in the BSwift database.Help prepare and send reminder emails regarding benefits enrollment deadlines.Maintain and update employee benefits data in Docuware.Support the management of records for out-of-service employees and leave of absences.Uphold strict confidentiality of employee documentation and files.Assist HR with special projects and provide general support as needed.Job Requirements:3 years of proven experience in a benefits-related role.Knowledge of benefits laws and regulations.Familiarity with compliance requirements for HIPAA, FMLA, Disability, Workers' Compensation, and other state and federal guidelines.Strong accounts payable and record-keeping skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
