Chief Financial Officer

CFO Our client, the US division of a global manufacturer and distributor of highly technical products, is seeking a CFO for their Mount Laurel, NJ manufacturing site . The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial, risk management and cost accounting of the organization, including strategic analysis of operations and creation of secure internal controls. Responsibilities: Direct and develop finance, IT, and cost accounting departments Oversight of strategic business plans implementation Develop organizational financial/controlling systems Direct budgeting and capital request processes Establish targeted KPI system Oversee and regularly improve organization's ERP system Lead subsidiary company financial operations Analyze and address company risks Monitor and maintain internal control system Monitor cash forecasts and balances Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory and legal compliance Skills/ Competencies: Chemical Manufacturing industry experience CPA and MBA preferred 5+ years controller experience (including cost accounting) within a manufacturing environment 5+ years SAP experience Project and Risk Management experience Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency Additional Details: Must be local candidate Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary: $200k + bonus The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
