Similar to how women receive specialized gynecologic care, we believe men deserve care from male reproductive specialists. Posterity Health offers male reproductive expertise through a blend of virtual visits, at-home diagnostics, and in-person consultations. We collaborate with fertility centers, OB/GYNs, and primary care providers to unify expert care. We are looking for passionate professionals to join us in achieving this vital mission. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires clinical expertise and the ability to navigate the challenges and ambiguities often present in a startup environment. You will play a crucial part in guiding patients through their reproductive health journey, primarily in an office-based telehealth setting with minimal physical patient interaction. Responsibilities: -Provide exceptional care to patients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency. -MD support through patient triage, assessment and education. -Assess patients' medical conditions, record medical history, and perform assessment as needed. -Provide education to patients on medications and treatments. -Communicate and educate patients on their lab results, presenting the Posterity Health three-step reproductive workup. -Facilitate smooth interactions with Posterity Health through care coordination. -Assist patients in starting their reproductive workup -Prepare patient charts for upcoming encounters, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. -Support physicians and advanced practice teams in keeping patients on track with their treatment plans and objectives. -Ensure health information is managed in compliance with practice and federal regulations. -Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: -1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse -Appropriate RN certification -Fertility experience preferred -Strong computer skills, including proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Excel. -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. -Willingness to obtain additional state licensing. -Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. -Superior clinical assessment and analytical abilities. -Effective time management skills. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. -A willingness to expand your technical skill set and adapt to new challenges.
