We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to be responsible for managing and coordinating project controls activities for EPC projects to include: scheduling, budgeting, estimating, risk management, reporting, contract administration. (primarily planning/scheduling) Responsibilities of the Project Controls Manager includes: Leading the development of project executing strategies Coordinating with project management on reporting, project control activities and other services. Managing development of procedures for various project control activities including budget preparation, forecasts, progress validation and related cost engineering and planning/scheduling functions. Managing planning and scheduling activities including detailed project schedules, progress and performance monitoring, schedule deviations and workaround solutions. Planning and managing the execution of internal audits of critical internal control systems. Managing cost engineering activities including development and implementation of cost control systems, invoice processing, monthly cost reporting, trending, FAC Analysis, cost variance analysis, funding budgets and cash flows. Ensure full integration between the estimating, cost control, planning and scheduling and risk management functions within EPC projects. Skills/Qualifications of Project Controls Manager should include: Bachelor's degree or Managers degree Extensive experience on EPC projects Experience leading a group responsible for control of planning, scheduling, cost control and cost estimating
