Responsibilities: · Social Media: o Review monthly social media metrics and reports for accuracy. o Provide first-pass reviews for monthly content calendars. o Engage with all social media content daily for each brandsiness unit (BU) through likes, shares, comments, and encouraging others to do the same. o Manage community interactions for each brand, including organizing direct messages (archiving, deleting, blocking/reporting spam). o Assist with updating Product Offering Document (POD) sheets as needed. · Public Relations (PR): o Review PR placements received from the agency. o Keep PR strategists informed of new placements as needed. o Manage the PR placement library, including maintaining Masthead documents and PDFs. o Track all backlinks generated from PR efforts. · Project Management & Client Service: o Assist with onboarding and ongoing communication with strategists and client points of contact for smaller Brands. o Manage tasks needed by smaller Brands after the individual is established and comfortable. o Assist with other relevant tasks as needed. o Undertake introductory baseline tasks to support PR responsibilities, demonstrating the value of our PR strategy. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: · 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms and working with corporate clients. · Experience with PR and media relations. · Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
