This person will be supporting the design, build, testing and support of the Epic HB application. This person will be working closely with clinical and business stakeholders to ensure the system meets their needs. Some of the key responsibilities include: System Design and Configuration: Design, build, and test Epic Hospital Billing software, including current and future-state workflows1. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application issues, ensuring compliance with change control and management policies1. Workflow Optimization: Analyze, document, and communicate business requirements for new system functionality and enhancements to existing functionality2. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans, process test results, and ensure system changes meet business requirements without adversely impacting other areas2. User Support: Act as the primary support contact for end-users, providing training and ongoing support2. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and business customers to analyze, diagnose, and implement process changes.
