Remote Field Service Engineer Contract Position

Remote Field Service Engineer Location: Fully Remote Contract Duration: 12 Months Requirements for Success: Candidate must have an associate degree and equivalent experience or bachelor's degree in a science-related or engineering field (Med-Tech, Biomedical Engineering or Engineering Degree Preferred*). Strong preference for candidates based in Glasgow, DE facility, Cary NC facility, or exceptionally qualified field-based candidates. Willingness to travel up to 20%. 3-7 years of comparable experience (Med-Tech or Engineering Degree, Healthcare Experience). Role Overview: Initiative to learn and demonstrate technical expertise in clinical laboratory applications and troubleshoot diagnostic laboratory instruments over the phone. Strong computer skills and effective communication over phone and through written documentation. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and exceed expectations with both internal and external customers. Make sound decisions that promote the interests of both company and the customer.
