Wittur is one of the world's leading providers of components, modules and systems for the elevator industry. Wittur USA is seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager Order Processing/Warehousing to work as an integral part of the Order Processing team. This role will provide support on daily items concerning sales order processing and coordinating warehouse activities to ensure group goals are met and will serve as a focal point for Sales, Engineering, and other related departments on sales order issues. Location Twinsburg, OH Responsibilities Be part of daily activity of the Order Processing team Works with North American manufacturing to ensure customer projects are ordered and shipped as quoted. Checks for completeness and accuracy of Sales Orders. Provides world class customer experience by managing customer communication throughout the order process. Oversees inventory management, maintaining inventory records and reporting discrepancies. Ensures timely Customer Shipments from warehouse. Communictes with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or license from an accredited institution and 3 - 5 years of proven organizational and project management skills within a manufacturing environment. Six Sigma or related training desirable. Logistics experience a plus. Proficient in all MS Office applications and general ERP systems. CAD experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated high level of initiative and follow through, high level of flexibility and ability to understand complex tasks. Excellent communicator with written and oral communication skills. Analytical thinker. Ability to read, interpret and use industry standards and customer-supplied documentation. Elevator industry experience optimal but not required. Ability to perform duties with minimum supervision; capable of self-checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced. Knowledge of VAT, kind of payments, pro-forma invoice, triangulation/ transit price, check prices, INCOTERMS.
