Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst Our privately held, rapidly growing Mount Laurel, NJ client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Hybrid work environment. This role will be responsible for providing management reporting, financial planning and analysis, and budgeting process support across the organization's finance function. Responsibilities: Assist with management with key business metrics establishment and funding strategies development Create financial models to and dashboards Assist with implementation of ERP, with emphasis on new forecasting and reporting processes Support forecasts, financial performance analysis, and other planning and reporting activities Provide budgeting process and strategic planning support Evaluate investment decisions thought financial models and scenario analysis development Analyze KPI trends including operating costs and revenue drivers Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 3-8 years finance and accounting experience Experience within a manufacturing environment required Financial modeling experience GAAP, financial analysis, and financial modeling proficiency Microsoft Office proficiency, with emphasis on Excel Excellent analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment Additional Details Employment type: Direct hire Salary: to $110k + bonus The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
