About the Product : Their platform uses AI to analyze and enhance workforce productivity for engineering teams, offering deeper insights into team dynamics and individual contributions. It's designed to help engineers become more visible, align goals, and boost performance. About the Team: The Founder previously led a successful venture that was acquired by private equity. You'd join the company during its Seed stage as one of the first 5 software engineers, playing a key role in building and scaling the product. The team is based in Manhattan. Tech Stack & Background: They are open to candidates with various tech backgrounds, such as Java, Python, Go, and others, making it a great fit for engineers with diverse expertise. They'll be using Python and various ML languages such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc. Qualifications: 6+ years experience Software Engineering in Tech/SaaS space Strong back-end experience using Python, Pytorch, and Tensorflow Passionate about being hands-on and wearing many hats
