Job Summary- DevelopmentAssociate The Jewish Home Foundation of North New Jersey, Inc.supports the vital work of the Jewish Home Family through community engagementand fundraising. The Jewish HomeFamily's mission is to make aging a vital and meaningful experience,understanding and meeting the unique needs of each individual. Job Summary Under the supervision of the Executive Director, theDevelopment Associate functions as an integral member of the foundation team inthe management and support of fund-raising efforts such as special events, theAnnual Campaign, donor acknowledgements and stewardship activities of theJewish Home Foundation of North Jersey. THIS IS AN ON-SITE/IN OFFICE POSITION Essential Functions Special Events •Coordinates logistics, planning andscheduling of all Annual Campaign-related activities, including Campaignmeetings and activities. •Develops and cultivatesrelationships with existing and new donors, participants, volunteers, andsponsors. Stewardship Event Management •Supports donor and prospectcultivation gatherings/events with invitations, guest listdevelopment/management, RSVPs, and other duties. Board and Committee Support •Supports the work of the ExecutiveDirector to manage Board and Committee member requests and updates and delivernecessary requests such as Board and Committee thank you and recognition gifts. •Provides administrative andtechnology support to the Executive Director at Committee and Board meetings asneeded. CRM Database Management •Supports work of the Annual Campaignand appeals with generating letters, reports and tracking documents as neededfor Foundation staff and Board members. •Research donor prospects to createdonor profiles as needed for committee meetings and campaign prospectingopportunities. Qualifications: •Bachelor'sDegree required. •Experience planning, managing, andorganizing events, including working with volunteers and community partners. •Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills. Salary Range : $65, 000$75,000 per year
