Project Manager On-site in Duluth, GA Direct hire Synergis client develops, produces, and licenses skill games. Reporting to the Product Owner, the Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the software development teams. They will work collaboratively with all development teams and product to execute on the prioritized backlog. The Project Manager will execute all scrum events, and report on development progress. Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Review and analyze system specifications. Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Sprint, Daily Scrum. Refine backlogs and administer project boards. Tracking milestones, deliverables and change requests. Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Generate reports and documentation on project progress. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation evaluation. Qualifications: Experience in a scrum master role, especially in software development teams. Proficiency as an admin with JIRA (Confluence). Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication skills to be able to articulate issues concisely. Aptitude for problem-solving and conflict-resolution. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Gaming experience is a plus. Scrum master certification is a plus. Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent career experience is a plus.
