About the Job: Manage scheduling, travel and daily calendaring needs for the team to maximize efficiencies. Coordinate travel booking needs for multiple partners, domestically and internationally. Provide meeting materials, take meeting notes and provide summaries and follow-up deliverables. Conduct research based on client portfolios, providing clear and concise reporting documents on findings. Finalize expense reports, financial tracking spreadsheets and contracts/billing documentation. Analyze current client portfolios for financial forecasting and budgeting, and identify ways of improvement. Organize information accurately and quickly in Salesforce.
