Role Overview : As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in building and optimizing the systems that drive our business. You will work closely with the CEO and COO to develop new features, optimize data processes, and integrate with third-party services. You'll also help us unlock the full potential of our data by implementing cutting-edge solutions for automation, lead generation, and business intelligence. You will have full autonomy in implementing the technical architecture that powers our platform. This role offers the opportunity to shape our tech stack as we evolve into a leading fintech company. Key Responsibilities : Data Integration & Automation : Build and enhance scripts to automate data workflows, ensuring seamless integration between our database and external data sources. Develop tools that enrich business intelligence by connecting our platform with APIs to gather and verify critical business information. Database Management & Optimization : Manage, optimize, and scale our SQL database to handle large-scale data storage and querying. Implement solutions to ensure data is easily accessible, filterable, and actionable for business decision-making. API Integration & Custom Tools : Integrate with key third-party services to automate data processing and streamline lead generation. Develop custom tools and dashboards to enable our team to interact with and analyze real-time business data. Business Intelligence & Reporting : Design and implement reporting solutions and dashboards that provide critical insights for the team, empowering smarter, data-driven decisions. Requirements : 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong focus on database management, automation, and API integration. Expertise in SQL (design, optimization) and Python (scripting and automation). Familiarity with Google Cloud SDK and experience managing cloud-based data workflows. Experience building and maintaining custom dashboards or reporting tools using Power BI , Tableau , or similar platforms. Strong understanding of API integrations (e.g., Zendesk Sell, third-party financial tools). Solid understanding of JavaScript frameworks for building interactive tools (e.g., React, Vue.js). Proficiency with collaboration tools like Git , Jira , and Slack . Preferred : Experience working in the fintech or financial services industry.
