Acquisitions Associate

Bullpen, on behalf of our client, a residential investment firm located in New York, NY, is looking for an Acquisitions Associate to join their Acquisition and Asset Management team to support the growth of the firm's portfolio. This role is a new position on the team and best suits a self-starter, entrepreneurial person who can work within a small team, wearing many hats. The person who is hired in this position will have a direct impact on the success of the business and is eligible for an equity stake in the portfolio. Job Description Evaluate new investment opportunities Manage financial models for new acquisitions Support due diligence and transaction management for new acquisitions Develop and lead investment committee presentations for new investments Support asset management of current portfolio through financial analysis Occasional travel to tour properties Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience at an established real estate private equity firm, ideally with investment banking experience as well Experience with residential, mobile home, RV park, or similar asset classes Prior leadership experience a plus Bachelor degree with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field Required 4 days per week in-office in New York City
