Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in roadway and pedestrian facility design. If you're passionate about creating efficient and safe infrastructure, we want you on our team. Qualifications : B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design of roadways, intersections, ADA curb ramps, parking, and pedestrian facilities. PE license in New Jersey or the ability to obtain within 12 months (a PE license in New York is a plus). Strong communication skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, INROADS, and Civil 3D. Familiarity with AASHTO, NJDOT Plans, Cost Estimates, and Specifications. Experience with standards and procedures from agencies such as NJTA, PANYNJ, NYSDOT, or PennDOT is beneficial. Responsibilities : Lead civil design projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions. Prepare detailed contract plans and bid documents.
