A well-established company in Brooklyn is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead all HR operations and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and workplace culture. This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, fostering a positive company environment, and ensuring the HR department runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruiting efforts, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. Employee Relations: Manage day-to-day employee relations, resolve conflicts, and support a productive and positive work environment. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, handle enrollment, and address any related issues. HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative work, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally with responsibilities in talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits management. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and maintain a supportive work environment. HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR regulations, policies, and best practices.
