Duties and responsibilitiesPosition Summary:Provides assistance to Account Managers with servicing assigned accounts and dormant accounts within the Account Managers' territories. Assist Sales and Customer Service with all aspects of sales, manufacturing, engineering, purchasing and quality control. Communicates directly with customers under the Account Manager's or leadership direction.Responsibilities: Essential DutiesManages and services assigned client accounts, developing opportunities that increase revenue and information flow and/or customer satisfaction through problem resolutionMaintains quality relationship to retain clients and win referrals to new clients.Assists Account Managers in developing, presenting sales plan for each existing account.Establishes, documents and maintains solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.Monitors account activity to ensure that defined customer key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.Has financial responsibility for the assigned accounts including ensuring timely and accurate billing as it relates to development projects.Conducts customer meetings via conference calls and/or in-person as required.Obtain requested customer information from Engineering, Quality, Sterilization, and /or Production in order for customers to accept a change in the product they purchase or for possible new business. Summarize information and write memo/letter. Circulate on Customer Inquiry Submission Form (QA-212) for plete Supplier Questionnaires, Product Questionnaires, Quality Questionnaires.Research Material Characteristics Information (MCI) in SAP/B.Docs, write memo, and circulate QA-212 for approval.Work with Material Master Group or Regulatory Compliance Questionnaires. Write Memo and circulate on QA-212. The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
