Endeavor is also the majority owner of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising UFC and WWE.The Role and What You'll Do: 160over90 is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Creator Marketing and Social Media team. The Senior Account Executive will play an integral role helping lead creator and social execution efforts in support of sponsorship marketing campaigns for various Sports, Entertainment and Lifestyle clients. The Creator Marketing and Social Media team is at the forefront of internet culture and pioneering the space with many Fortune 50 clients. Our diverse team believes in developing authentic relationships between brands and creators with influential voices, across all platforms. We take a data-driven, strategic approach combined with creativity and long-term experience to lead what our clients consider to be some of the most effective creator and social marketing in the industry. This responsibilities for this role include Daily Account Management, Campaign Management and Client & Internal Relations. More details are below: Manage and execute creator and social media campaigns from start to finish across various platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Meta, X, Snapchat and LinkedIn)Lead the building and management of content calendars as well as publishing content accordinglyTake ownership of community management responsibilities as needed for select clientsSupport social strategy group to create KPIs based on the client brief as well as collaborate on recaps by evaluating data and measuring successTravel to and attend activations to capture, edit and post content for client brand channelsCollaborate with paid media team as needed to provide recommendations on how to optimize performance as well as boost contentProvide and present recap reports to clients highlighting key success metrics and areas for improvementRemain attuned to the latest in culture, competitive activities, emerging technologies, noteworthy trends, and social media innovations to inform creative solutions and new client opportunitiesServe as a primary point of contact for clients as needed and contingent on account structureBuild and maintain strong, long-term client, creator, talent and partner relationshipsExecution of Agency administration responsibilities, time tracking, expense reports, etc.Manage third parties including external agencies and vendorsYou Have These: Bachelor's degree. Marketing, advertising or communications preferred. Master's degree not required.Minimum 4 years agency, creator or in-house experience in a creator or social media roleDeep and intricate knowledge of the creator and social media marketing space including social trends, culture, emerging platforms, tools, best and worst practicesDemonstrated ability to consult, develop and review creator and social marketing strategies that meet client objectivesKnowledge of key performance metrics for paid/earned/owned media with focus on analytics and optimization as well as leading vendor partners in the spaceAbility to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments for projects from concept to completionExcellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively present to clients, vendors and internal partnersA positive attitude and can handle stressful situations and deadlines calmlyAbility to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, both independently and as a team playerWillingness to work outside of traditional M-F and 9-5 office hours as needed. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.Hiring Range Minimum:$58,500 annuallyHiring Range Maximum: $75,000 annually
