PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management including but not limited to preparing IDTs for monthly close, financial statements and account analysis. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintains financial records in accordance with departmental standards. Creates reports on financial performance for internal and external use . Performs P&L reconciliations. Creates and utilizes automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results. Helps with preparpation of the departmental annual budget. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the iSCORE values of Jefferson. OTHER FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of successful approaches, tools, and techniques for dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment, ability to adapt as needed. Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems, ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Understanding of the necessity and value of teamwork, ability to work effectively as part of a team. Knowledge of and ability to utilize processes, methods, and tools for maintaining accurate and thorough records of financial transactions. Qualifications EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS : Highschool diploma required, Bachleor's degree preferred.
