Position Description VP, Strategic Alliances WorkFusion provides a powerful AI-driven technology platform for advanced KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) solutions, tailored to meet the demands of financial crimes and compliance. In partnership with experts in strategic transformation, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), and contracting practices, we deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance operational efficiency and maximize value for enterprise clients, ensuring robust compliance and streamlined processes. We are seeking a driven and self-motivated VP of Strategic Alliances to drive the value of WorkFusion's solutions through advisory partners. This unique opportunity involves building and leading a high-impact sales initiative as WorkFusion's primary sales leader for a top-tier advisory practice (recently acquired by a Big Four firm) that is delivering WorkFusion-enabled solutions in the KYC and FCC arenas under both technology and BPO models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outcomes-based sales within financial services, with proven expertise in FCC and AML. This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across the partner organization to ensure a comprehensive understanding of WorkFusion's solution value. The individual will work as an embedded team member within the partner's sales, solutions, and delivery teams, complementing their established and expanding practice. The ideal candidate brings both business acumen and a strong technology perspective to drive the creation and growth of this alliance. Responsibilities: Serve as the sales lead for the partner's FCC and AML practice in North America, with dual accountability to both WorkFusion and the partner for acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth. Drive sales execution to optimize WorkFusion's success rate in partner offerings and maximize revenue potential, working closely with WorkFusion and partner account executives to ensure knowledge transfer, best practices, and strategic alignment on joint pursuits. Combine Workfusion AI digital worker capabilities with partner-enabled advisory and managed service offerings and enable bundled offers in the market. Responsible for solutioning the end-to-end approach, including defining the joint value proposition and unique commercial model. Develop and implement joint sales strategies, conducting monthly reviews to prioritize objectives, track progress, and refine goals, with a focus on continuous learning and execution improvement. Support clients and partners in building robust business cases. Meet quarterly sales targets and outcomes as agreed upon. Cultivate and sustain positive, high-level partner relationships, maintaining alignment from peer to CEO level. Track competitor activities, partner offerings, and market conditions to inform strategic positioning and identify prime customer targets for collaborative sales initiatives. Qualifications 15+ years of sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, with 5+ years selling into financial institutions with specific experience in selling solutions to Financial Crime buyers. Existing relationships with senior level executives within Compliance, Risk and Operations roles Has preferably worked within FCC Ops at some point in their career Be a dynamic, engaging, self-reliant senior executive, accustomed to managing with a collaborative approach in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Articulate communicator with strong ability to form and sustain interpersonal relationships Demonstrated ability to work alliances effectively across internal and external organizations at senior levels. Keen sense of ownership, drive, and grit while executing with executive presence, strategic purpose and a sustained sense of urgency. Ability to travel domestically up to 25% Proven success opening discussions with prospective clients, negotiating, and managing through a complex enterprise sale with partners Successful quota attainment YoY and successful experience growing an enterprise portfolio Currently, WorkFusion is a hybrid remote workforce worldwide with headquarters on Broadway in New York City and additional hubs in Canada, Europe, and Asia. The salary for the Senior Partner Sales Director Executive role ranges between $170,000 and $190,000 annually and will align with the candidate's experience and skill set. This position is also eligible for commission, based on achievement of revenue targets.
